I had seven dinner guest over for a four course meal and wine pairing, which was highlighted by the 60 ounce Wagyu tomahawk steaks. I use the three steaks smoked for about an hour and 15 minutes and then seared for two minutes on each side. I sliced them up and had them argue over the three bones. They were in heaven. Very flavorful and tender, even for a thick cut.

This is the way to start off a week. Seared in cast iron and finished in oven, pulled 125 internal and rest 10 min. Perfect size to split. So far one of my favorite steaks from herd and grace.

Yes, I was raised on picanha. From the moment I got out of the crib, I lived a life of chewing on juicy pieces of this fab CHURRASCO cut. But I was blown away by the marbled wagyu Picanha I got from the store. Absolutely Phenomenal!!!

Excellent gring great flavor. You get the pepper flavor coupled with the cheese and just the right amount of heat. They grill up nice.
Will definitely buy again!!
