I got 16 sreaks which came out to areound $30/ steak. Bargain fir wagyu. First one was delicious!
I bought the 14lb ribeye and got 15 11/2" steaks out of it and burned one up on the grill and it was awesome, i will be buying another in the future , great marbleing thruout steak and great flavor .
We happened to stumble upon BBQ event at BBQ galore Store in Encinitas. We sampled a bunch of samples of meat that were either smoked or Grilled by some vendors. They said Herd and Grace supplied the meat so we went over to their booth and purchased a 2lb frozen wine marinated Tri Tip. Put it in freezer followed their instructions and had the most delicious tender Tri Tip steak that I’ve ever tasted tonight. We would highly recommend this place and any of their products. I’d like to mail order some more but f that Tri Tip if I can:) Thanks Trish

I had been keeping this cut in my freezer for a while because I was a little intimidated by its size, but I finally decided to cut it into steaks. It was so easy.
Once it hit the grill, it was pure magic. The flavor was rich and beefy, the fat rendered beautifully, and every bite was unbelievably tender and juicy. My family couldn't stop talking about how delicious it was.
When I tell you this was everything, I mean it! It disappeared in no time and has officially become a new favorite.
As a dedicated rib eye man, I am definitely a fan of marbling. Traditional japanese a5 seems too fatty to me and my stomach can't handle it. I love the marbling of the opal hybrid with the rich angus flavor and this cut is the best

I love the Pure Blood Wagyu Ground Beef. It's perfect for meatballs or a quick pasta sauce for kids. It also makes super delicious smash burgers! I always have some on hand.
