Now, this cut has become my favorite. It has an excellent, deep, rich flavor and easily ranks in my top two across all the farms I’ve tried. I’ve cooked it as a whole steak and cut it into bite-sized, nigiri-style pieces. I found that cutting it into smaller pieces and quickly searing them for 45 seconds on each side yielded amazing results. This steak is far better in taste and quality than what you’d get at most steakhouses, where you could easily pay over $120. Just sprinkle on a little Tasman sea salt and pepper berry.

Total game changer. threw it on a super hot grill to get a dark crust while keeping the middle medium-rare. Because of all that beautiful fat, it stayed incredibly juicy. It has this insane, rich, buttery flavor but keeps that deep beef taste you want from steak. It was so tender I could practically cut it with a butter knife. Just slice it thin against the grain and it is absolute perfection. 10/10, will definitely buy this cut again.

The best Wagyu Filet I’ve tasted. We were having a very important person in our life and all three of us were shocked at how delicious it was. Served it with a home made demiglace and lobster. Not are you only close enough to drive to your new store I live with in the 30 mile delivery area. Have to mention the guy who helped me was very nice.
This was by far the best meat that I have tasted. It beats Costcos Prime Ribeye roll by a 1000%. I will order another!

Salt and pepper on the meat, little avocado oil in a cast iron pan, about 4 minutes a side. Rested for 10 minutes. Unreal tender, tasty, and just amazing. This was awesome...I intended to save some leftovers and ended up eating the entire thing. Will definitely be re-ordering. Just wow.
