Did a reverse sear on 2 beautiful Tomahawks. Started with a light rub down with Wagyu Talo, then a light dusting of HardCore Carnivore, about an hour in the PitBoss to 110° with Hickory and Cherry, then seared on the Blackstone with butter, fresh rosemary semary, and fresh oregano. They came out incredible. All four of us loves them. Will definitely be ordering from Herd&Grace again!
Great assortment of Herd & Grace meats with great
This is a delicious cut which everyone enjoys.
A great tasty alternative to beef. I will be getting more.
This is a great, versatile, reliable, and cost-effective cut! Go for it!
I love this sauce. I I used to use Knott’s Berry farm meat relish, but your steak sauce is far superior.
The grass fed is really good! Doing a 30 day meat cleanse. Perfect for convenience the price is really reasonable! Thank you I wish I had stopped in sooner!
Tough cut needed tube cut thinner across grain despite price
I already knew these were delicious and a great value at the price. I took them to my friend's home and pan cooked them w/ Olive Oil, seasoning them with just Pepper Berry Salt (best salt I've ever had!) and pepper. He and his wife were amazed at the juiciness and flavor!
Always a treat to enjoy one of the Herd and Grace steaks. I am a bit picky and like flavorful tender steak.
Seasoned it up, cooked in pan on the stove, then enjoyed every bite (as did the rest of my family!). Good value, too.
i thought the steak was just ok. nothing special.
I thought the 2.5lb skirt was beautiful and flavorful piece to serve 4 folks. Very tender. The staff is always so helpful,
In the past, Alexis was the best staff member/ knowledgeable & helpful. Staff members may have changed but the meat quality given the price remains top notch!
I’m super glad to have found this store . I moved to West LA recently and have yet to find a butcher so I had been buying my meat at Whole Foods… which has tragic quality in their meat. This is the second time I’ve eaten this meat and it absolutely does not disappoint. I have to admit it’s pricey but better to pay extra for good quality and good taste than to pay 30% less and be disappointed.
I purchased three legs of lamb and was disappointed for these reasons: (1) the description said they were wrapped in a netting for uniform cooking. They were secured in a netting but a third of the roast was much smaller around for two of the legs of lamb. That meant it cooked faster and was well-done before the rest was done. (2) The fell was left on. It is a thick membrane that some believe makes the lamb tender. Others recommend removing it or else it has a bad flavor. I agree that it tasted like mutton. If I had know I would have removed it but it did not say so in the description. I did notify Herd and Grace and they never responded! Not what I’d expect from a supposed high end company.
Truly love this ketchup as well as all their sauces. The meat is the absolute best as well!!
I seared and then put them on the smoker . They turned out delicious.
