I got the sausages as part of the "Summer Grill Box" and they are exceptional. The creaminess of the melted cheese pairs really well with the top quality meats used to make these sausages. Highly recommended if you haven't tried them yet
These Ibérico St. Louis ribs take ribs to a different level. I smoked two racks and did one sauced and one with just dry rub, they were both delicious, the pork really stood out and has a beautiful flavor you can't get with commercially grown pork. These are my new go to for St. Louis ribs.

These are not the quality you are expecting in these shrimp. They are flavorless, not sweet and succulent like I am accustomed to. Would not recommend wasting your money on these. I reached out to the company, they said they would be in touch immediately, that was months ago, never heard back. Surprise surprise!!

On one of her Live Shows she is a great cook & has her own recipe book so I thought she would know,. I went with it. Meat was very tough not tasty. It was nothing what I was expecting. I’m not really a Big steak eater but when I do, indulge, I know what a good steak taste like
This is the way to start off a week. Seared in cast iron and finished in oven, pulled 125 internal and rest 10 min. Perfect size to split. So far one of my favorite steaks from herd and grace.
