This is by far the best cut of pork ever. Smoke till it’s 190 degrees let rest 45 mins and slice.
Herd & Grace steaks are the most flavorful, tender & delicious steaks I have eaten and I am blessed I can cook them too.
Herd and Grace Picanha was a crowd pleaser! Smoked for 3 hours at 200 deg and took it off around 127, rested 15 min to 135 before slicing. So much flavor and tenderness. Fat cap rendered perfectly and the steak was very easy to slice. Everyone agreed it was far better than any picanha they ever had before. Put some potatoes and peppers on the smoker for a delicious side. Highly recommend this one!
Very good. I marinated it overnight and then seared it on cast iron. Juicy and tender. I also buy secreto from a local free-range farmer at the Santa Monica market, and it's great, but this skirt steak is definitely from Spain where the agricultural practices produce richer, tastier meat. It's so rich you eat less!
This is probably the best corned beef yet! It was lean and tender
Amazing! Can’t say enough great things about the steaks!
Having consumed Herd and Grace products before, I knew this gift would be greatly appreciated by my brother.
These make an amazingly rich Ossobuco, my wife said using these made the best version of Ossobuco I’ve made for her. I would definitely buy these again.
Everything is perfect, the meat, the packaging , the delivery and the price. Its a win , win win.
So fortunate to have Herd and Grace at our dinner table. This steak is the most tender, flavorful
meat I have ever tasted. I love this company and only buy our meat from them!! 10 Stars, and try all their sauces as well, delicious to say the least! Thank you🙏
Best beef anywhere.
I had a tri-tip roast… and I do those ALOT… hands down best I’ve ever had, texture and flavor. Easy choice.
I really wanted to make my marinade that everyone loves but this Asada is so good it literally only needs salt and pepper. It is so tender it just melts in your mouth. I cooked it in the air fryer. I can't wait to try the next on the grill!
First of all Herd and Grace never disappoints. They always hit the mark. This Black Opal Waygu Reserve ground beef is some of the best, if not the best I've tasted!
Made some burgers and had to stop myself from eating it all. Ordering more now!
How good can flap meat be? This good. Marinated and grilled it was perfect; tender yet flavorful.
loving the grass fed Cape Grim ribeye. so delicious
This stuff is great, really elevates the burger experience.
I’ve tried several Australian Wagyu programs like Stone Axe, Kiwami, Master Selection, and Jade, and to be honest, this one didn’t stand out much in terms of taste. One of its big selling points is that the steers are fed cocoa nibs, but unfortunately, that doesn’t come through in the flavor at all. Out of the five steaks I’ve had from this line, only one delivered the nutty, toasted, and umami flavors I was hoping for. Don’t get me wrong—the beef itself is outstanding, and delivers on juiciness and tenderness. But if you’re a connoisseur looking for a distinct flavor profile, I think there are better options out there.
Really love this sauce!! My absolute favorite as well as their hot sauce!! Love their meat!!! Thanks suzannesomers.com for recommending!!
Besides loving the taste of the beef I really appreciate the plant food chill packs.
Keep up the innovated thinking!
I like to break out the Black Opal Tomahawk steak for special occasions. (i.e. Father and good friends BDAY) I love the perfect balance of tender Wagu with a top steak house beef taste. I cook for about 1 1/4 hours on the smoker 225 degrees and finish off 90 seconds on the barbeque each side.
