This is the 2nd Pure Black brisket I’ve cooked and it was excellent again. Rich flavor, excellent marbling, and tender as it gets.
In addition to the superior quality, a bonus is unlike packer briskets from your local warehouse store, H&G briskets require VERY LITTLE trimming. The 18lbs you buy from H&G is pretty much all cooked and eaten whereas I’ve trimmed 5lbs of fat from Costco briskets. Great value!
Best tri tip I ever had, perfect size and amount for grilling on my small Weber. Looking forward to trying additional meat products from you, once I get better on the Weber!

Seared this in a cast iron skillet, and it was phenomenal. Great steak that makes it hard to decide which is better, the strip or the filet. I recommend picking one up and finding out for yourself

I’ve ordered twice and am greatly disappointed that you don’t ship using dry ice both times meat was thawed and once I wasn’t home when delivered and I would t be worried if it had been shipped using dry ice . I probably won’t be ordering from you again.
