The Tasman Sea Salt Flakes are very special and delicious. Less is more. I use it on everything special I cook and also gifted it to my daughter-in-law. Highly recommend it for steaks, pastas, veggies.

It's not hyperbole to say that eating this steak, like others I've eaten from Herd and Grace, was another very wonderful taste adventure. Tender, so juicy, and just lucious. I've been a rib eye fan for so long--but decided to go with the New York Strip for a change...am I glad I did.
We ate the 3 rib prime roast for Thanksgiving. It was so tender and tasted outrageously good. Never have I ever enjoyed roast beef so much...and the ooos and ahhhs around the table were loud and clear.

I took a different approach with this 10lb Wanderer Whole Boneless Ribeye Roast — instead of roasting it for a single meal, I portioned it into thick-cut ribeye steaks and vacuum-sealed them for the freezer. Game changer.
The quality immediately stood out when I unwrapped it. Beautiful marbling throughout, and the boneless format made it incredibly easy to work with. I cut it into eight generous 1.5" steaks, which gives me restaurant-quality ribeyes ready to go whenever I want them.
The math actually makes this a smarter buy than purchasing individual steaks. You're getting premium Australian pasture-raised beef at a better price point, plus you control the thickness and portion size. I like mine cut high for a proper reverse sear.
We're two steaks in so far, and both were phenomenal — rich flavor, perfect tenderness, and that signature ribeye fat cap that bastes itself while cooking. Knowing I have nine more in the freezer for special dinners throughout the year feels like having a secret stash of luxury.

This is one of my favorite hot sauces from Tabenero . It’s the original one! The only problem is these are the small bottles and I would like for Herd & Grace to start selling the 8 ounce larger bottles.
This set was a good, easy gift. It was delivered earlier than I requested, I had put in a specific date range and it was sent out over a week in advance so the gift was too early. I also felt like the price was still a little high for the steaks. Otherwise it was an easy present for someone that already has everything.
