★★★★★ Absolutely ruined regular ground beef for me (in the best way)
I grabbed a few packs of the Butcher’s Blend Wagyu Ground Beef on a whim and I’m officially spoiled. The flavor is insanely rich and beefy, and the texture is so tender it almost doesn’t feel fair to compare it to regular ground beef. I made smash burgers the first night and they were hands down the best burgers I’ve ever cooked at home — super juicy, great sear, and they didn’t shrink down to nothing in the pan.
Since then I’ve used it in meatballs and a simple weeknight Bolognese, and it turned both into “special occasion” dinners. You really can taste that this is coming from better cuts; it’s not greasy, just luxurious and full of flavor. For the quality you’re getting, the price feels more than fair. I’ll absolutely keep this stocked in my freezer — it’s my new go-to any time I want to impress people with “just” ground beef.

Maybe...I've eaten world class steaks for decades...from Florence, Italy to Brooklyn. Maybe this ribeye was the greatest steak ever.
Exceptional quality with balance. I loved this steak as it was easy to cook but had the right balance of different parts, including the T-bone itself.
Perfect for a quick dinnr. Throw them on the grill or a fryinpsn and on the table in a few minutes. Has agood Smokey flavor.

Not real happy with the last order.. the iberico skirt steak was inedible.. the rib rack was also tough… the prices have gone up , but the quality has gone down I’m afraid.. will think twice about re ordering… it was all great the first few orders!!

I'm absolutely impressed with this 12oz Wanderer free-range barley-fed ribeye. The barley feeding really comes through in the flavor - it has a slightly sweeter, nuttier taste compared to traditional grain-fed beef, and the meat was incredibly well-marbled.

This 12oz grass-fed Wagyu ribeye from Herd and Grace is hands down one of the best steaks I've ever had. The marbling was incredible - it cooked beautifully and melted in my mouth with every bite. Incredible marbling and tenderness. This is the crème de la crème, best steak you can buy at Herd and Grace. Served at 130 internal.
SOOOO good, and very easy to cook. Seasoned it, dropped it in a pan with olive oil, done cooking in about 5-6 min. Was delicious - incredibly juicy and flavorful. My friends loved it as well.
