During the week, all orders placed by Tuesday by noon PST are sent on Wednesday via FedEx for 2 Day delivery.

For example if you order on a Saturday, that shipment will be send the following Wednesday and delivered by Friday.

If you order on a Tuesday at 10AM PST, that shipment will be sent the following day for Friday delivery.

If you order on a Tuesday at 8PM PST, that order won't be sent until the following Wednesday (an 8 day delay).

All our products are subject to quality control.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.

It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

The membership costs $200 a year.
