The Best Farms
Herd & Grace’s rigorous selection process is driven by a comprehensive set of criteria. We choose proteins based on factors like ranch location and the reputation of the farmer, feed quality, animal stress levels, and overall quality of life.
To ensure that we achieve the quality you and your family deserve, we age all of our cuts to a minimum of 45 days.
We then portion and blast freeze each cut to suspend it individually for the optimum quality, fortifying the eating experience with robust flavor, tenderness and satisfaction guarantee.
