Absolutely Exceptional - Worth Every Penny!

This 12oz grass-fed Wagyu ribeye from Herd and Grace is hands down one of the best steaks I've ever had. The marbling was incredible - it cooked beautifully and melted in my mouth with every bite. You can really taste the difference that grass-fed makes; the flavor is rich and clean without any gaminess.
I simply seasoned it with salt and pepper and seared it in a cast iron skillet to medium-rare perfection. The texture was buttery and tender, and the beefy flavor was outstanding. My family couldn't stop raving about it during dinner.
The quality is clearly premium, and you can tell Herd and Grace takes pride in their sourcing. If you're looking for a special occasion steak or just want to treat yourself, this is absolutely the way to go. Already planning my next order!

Best wagyu ribeye ever!

I sent these wagyu ribeyes to my son as a gift, and he went CRAZY over them! Said they're the best steaks he's ever had, which is a big compliment given he's a huge ribeye connoisseur.

Delish Grass Fed Wagyu

Amazing wagyu grass fed steak from H&G. Very tasty indeed!

Cooking Suggestions

  • Remove thawed steak from the packaging.
  • Pat dry and lightly oil both sides.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook ribeye, undisturbed, for 3 minutes.
  • Flip and cook an additional 3 minutes on the second side.
  • Add crushed garlic clove and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  • Flip an additional one minute on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 135℉.
  • Remove from heat and let rest, covered, for 5 minutes.
  • Slice & enjoy!

Wine Pairing

  • For a delicious contrast, choose a spicy Zinfandel. The rich fruitiness of the wine and the robust meatiness of the ribeye make for a rich combination.
  • Any red wine, such as a Shiraz from Australia or California, contains high acidity and amplifies the flavor and tenderness of the fat and proteins.
