II am totally impressed with everything I get at H&G.
The products are terrific and the service is excellent. I try to shop once a month and to share so many different things with friends. Cooking Herd and Grace meats is wonderful for an amateur chef like me. I just follow the recipes and look like a hero. When I don't know how to do something I just have to ask Michael. Whenever they have a new product I always buy some. I haven't been disappointed yet.

Purchased some of the grass fed stew meat over the weekend, let the 2 packs defrost in the fridge and one or both was a leaker. Blood everywhere when I pulled to cook it today. Corrective action with the supplier is probably required. If you thaw meat from here put it in another bag just in case. Looking forward to see how this beef bourguignon comes out. I’m sure it will be delicious. Otherwise a great store and great people. Love that they have campo grande available with out the min $180 purchase from the website. Would highly recommend stoping in to up the quality of your meat you’re feed friends and family.

Unbelieveable! best tri tip I've ever had.

I got the sausages as part of the "Summer Grill Box" and they are exceptional. The creaminess of the melted cheese pairs really well with the top quality meats used to make these sausages. Highly recommended if you haven't tried them yet

When I shop at Herd & Grace, I know I can always find great cuts of beef: NY Strip, Ribeye, and Filets are my go-tos. But the staff is also on hand to recommend meat and cut options beyond my usual preferences. They introduced me to a cut of pork that could be grilled as a steak, and it came out great. I recently purchased sausages, and they were a success at home, too.

The staff at H&G have always been helpful and respectful. But the bottom line is how the meat tastes. We've tried several different cuts, none disappointed. Recently we grilled up two NY steaks: one from the grocery store and one the Wagyu from H&G. What a taste difference (not to mention the Wagyu Black Opal NY steak nearly melts in your mouth.)

These Ibérico St. Louis ribs take ribs to a different level. I smoked two racks and did one sauced and one with just dry rub, they were both delicious, the pork really stood out and has a beautiful flavor you can't get with commercially grown pork. These are my new go to for St. Louis ribs.
