Directions
Heat your Cast Iron Skillet on high heat and add your oil.
Season your Presa Steak with black pepper and Tasman Sea Salt Natural Flakes. Let it rest for 15 mins to allow the seasoning to soak into the meat.
Once you see white smoke coming from your cast iron skillet, it’s time to cook the Presa Steak.
Additionally, you can continue cooking your Presa directly in the pan. Just be sure to drop the temperature down after you have a nice sear. For each side, the Presa will spend about 8-10 minutes in the pan. Continue cooking until the Presa reaches 141 degrees.
