Ingredients

Black Opal Wagyu Brochettes
2 Bell Peppers
1 Zucchini
1 Red Onion
8 oz Mushrooms
1 Tbsp Smoked and Wake Tasman Sea Salt (Seasoning)
Fresh Ground Black Pepper (Seasoning)

1 Tbsp Chimichurri Sauce
Directions
Prep the Skewers: Soak wooden skewers in water (this step is key to prevent burning on the grill)!
Cut Veggies & Meat: Chop veggies and steak into even-sized pieces for uniform cooking.
Season the Meat: We recommend using Smoked and Wakame Tasman Sea Salt for a unique twist. If you prefer, marinate the steak with your favorite pantry ingredients for even more flavor.
Assemble the Skewers: Alternate between two veggie pieces and one steak cube on each skewer—arrange it however you like!
Fun Fact: Start three or four fingers on the bottom so you can hold on to it as you plate
Don't overcrowd your skewers; leave a little space between pieces to ensure even heat distribution around each item
Grill: Place the skewers on the grill at medium-high heat. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side until the meat is cooked to your liking.
Finish & Serve: Let the skewers rest for two minutes. Add a final sprinkle of seasoning, and for a burst of flavor, top with chimichurri sauce.
