Ingredients
- 3 pounds gold potatoes
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Peel and chop the potatoes.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the potatoes, and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and pour back into hot pot.
- Add the heavy whipping cream, mascarpone cheese, unsalted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Serve, with steak and enjoy!
