Ingredients
-
1lb Robbins Island Ground Beef
½ Large White Onion
½ Cup White Queso Cheese
6 Slices of American Cheese
6 Slices of Swiss Cheese
-
1tbsp Hardcore Carnivore Red
1 Package Milk Bread Roll
½ Cup Mayonnaise
½ Cup Thousand Island Dressing
2 Large Roma Tomatoes
1 Head of Iceberg Lettuce
-
6oz Ibércio Pork Bacon (½ Pack)
4tbsp Mango Habanero Jam
½ Cup Spicy Dill Pickles
6 Slices Monterey Pepper Jack Cheese
Directions
Take half of an onion and small dice it. Set aside.
Heat up a saucepan, add ground beef, and lay evenly to coat the pan. Season with plenty of Hardcore Carnivore Red Seasoning.
Start breaking up the meat once the caramelization process begins on the bottom side for 3-4 minutes. Add diced onion.
While the meat is browning, take the bacon and lay it on a sheet pan. Place it in the oven for 10 min at 350°F degrees to render most of the fat.
After 10 min bring the bacon out, coat it with habanero jam, and place it back in the oven for 5 more minutes. Once done let cool.
Take the milk bread rolls and cut it in half to separate the top and the bottom, use the mayo to layer the inside of the bread and toast on a skillet or flat top until the bread is golden brown.
Once the meat and onion are cooked, pull it off the heat and fold in the cheese sauce.
Take the bottom of the bread and layer with Thousand Island, top with ground meat, and then top with sliced cheeses. Place in oven for 3-4 minutes to melt.
Once the cheese is melted, top with pickles, sliced tomato, candied bacon, shredded lettuce, and the top of the bread. Serve and enjoy.
