Roasted Brussel Sprouts
This easy roasted Brussels sprouts recipe is a delicious side dish!
- Fresh brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place Brussels sprouts in the center of the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Gently mix until the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated. Spread them into a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes until the Brussels sprouts are lightly charred and crisp. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste and serve.
