Pico De Gallo
A fresh twist on this delicious dip!
1 pack rainbow cherry tomatoes sliced in half
½ red onion finely chopped
½ cup cilantro finely chopped
Juice of 1 lime
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pinch ground cumin, or to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
- Gather all ingredients.
- Stir tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
- Garnish your asada steak with the mixture and enjoy!
