This Mediterranean Meatball Bowl is a vibrant, flavor-packed meal that's both satisfying and fresh. Ingredients

1lb Cape Grim Ground Beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 egg
1/3 cup breadcrumbs

1 tsp Tasman Sea Salt
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
2 cups cooked brown rice
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, diced
1/2 cup tzatziki
1/4 cup whipped garlic sauce
Fresh parsley or mint for garnish
Lemon wedges for serving

Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, oregano, cumin, and cinnamon. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated.
Using your hands or a small scoop, form the mixture into small meatballs (about 1.5 inches wide).
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through.
Start with a base of warm brown rice in each bowl. Arrange the cooked meatballs on top.
Add sliced red onions, tomatoes, and cucumber. Spoon over dollops of tzatziki sauce and whipped garlic sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley or mint and serve with a wedge of lemon.
