Mascarpone Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

• 3 pounds gold potatoes
• ½ cup heavy whipping cream
• 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
• 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon pepper

Directions

1. Peel and chop the potatoes.
2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the potatoes, and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and pour back into hot pot.
3. Add the heavy whipping cream, mascarpone cheese, unsalted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
4. Serve, with steak and enjoy!
