A delicious sauce that pairs perfectly with Mediteranean inspired food. 

Ingredients

• 1 Bunch of Cilantro

• ¼ Cup Fresh Mint

• 1 Lime

• ¼ cup Fish Sauce

• 3 Tbls Brown Sugar

• ¼ cup Jalapeño Chile

• 1 Yellow Onion

• 3 Tbls Vegetable Oil

• ¼ Cup Water

Directions

1. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor except for the lime.

2. Zest the lime and then juice the lime right into your blender or food processor.

3. Puree until smooth, add water if needed.
