These onions and mushrooms are slathered with butter and a delicious, beefy sauce to create the perfect topping for sandwiches, wraps, and more!

Ingredients

¼ cup Cremini Mushrooms
½ Yellow Onion
3 Sprigs of Thyme
¼ Cup Unsalted Butter
¼ Cup Stock Shop Co. Demi Select Glace

Directions

Heat up a pan and melt half of the butter.
Slice the onions into thin strips and add them to the pan.
Once the onion is translucent, add in mushrooms, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Cook until the mushroom is cooked through for 3-4 minutes.
Add the Demi Select Glace, bring to simmer and turn off heat.
Mount with butter and serve.
