Can I send this box as a gift?

Yes. Enter the recipient's home address at checkout. The box arrives frozen, so make sure someone will be home to receive it and put it in the freezer on the delivery day.

Yes. Every holiday box ships free through December 31, 2026, nationwide, by FedEx 2-Day Express, whatever your order total.

When should I order for the holidays?

We ship Monday through Wednesday, and every order arrives within 2 days. Order by Tuesday at noon Pacific to ship that week. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the following week, so order early for a holiday date.

How should the box be stored and thawed?

Keep everything frozen until a day or two before it's needed, then thaw in the refrigerator in its sealed packaging on a rimmed tray. Steaks take about 12 to 24 hours; larger roasts take longer. Thawing and cooking guide.

Can I pick it up in Los Angeles?

Yes. Choose pickup at our shop, 11668 W Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, or local delivery to addresses within 30 miles of the shop.

What if something isn't right?

Email support@herdandgrace.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace the product, credit your account or refund you, and you never need to send anything back.
