Wanderer Pasture Raised, Barley Finished Beef
Wanderer is free-range, barley-fed Australian beef. The cattle roam free in paddocks with barley brought to them through a mobile feeding system, Wanderer's Ambient Barley Bins, so they get the rich marbling of barley-fed beef without ever being confined to a feedlot.
Combining pasture with barley gives Wanderer consistent marbling and tenderness year-round, even when drought or the seasons affect the grass.
Every carcass is hung using the Natural State Hanging Method, following the animal's natural position, which gently stretches the muscles so cuts like rump and porterhouse reach their best eating quality.
