Cooking Suggestions
- We recommend reverse searing your lamb leg. To start it off, roast it in the oven for 20 minutes per pound at 450 degrees. Then, turn down your oven to 300 degrees and cook until you reach the desired internal temperature.
- For the lamb leg, we recommend cooking to medium or about 135°F-140°F.
Wine Pairing
- Go with a dry Rosé! It will have the acidity and tannins needed to stand up to the bold flavors of the lamb, while its fruity and floral notes will add a touch of elegance to the meal.
- Another great option is a full-bodied Shiraz. It's unique flavor profile and smoky undertones make it an excellent choice for a rich, hearty meal like lamb.
