Ingredients

• 4-5 white onions 
• 4 cups of oil for frying

Directions

1. Peel and thinly slice onions.
2. Heat up an inch of oil in a deep pot. Once hot, add the onion and allow them to fry until browned and crispy, about 2-4 minutes. Be sure to stir occasionally to make sure the onions are frying evenly.
3. Remove onion from pot and strain. Now, its time to top your Cape Grim New York Steak!
