This was the best item I've tried so far. The sausage blend was most disappointing, I was unable to chew the skin. Tried taking skin off and blending sausage in tomato sauce but the flavor was not what I was hoping for. Looking forward to spare ribs....Will let u know how they turn out.

I grabbed a few packs of the Butcher’s Blend Wagyu Ground Beef on a whim and I’m officially spoiled. The flavor is insanely rich and beefy, and the texture is so tender it almost doesn’t feel fair to compare it to regular ground beef. I made smash burgers the first night and they were hands down the best burgers I’ve ever cooked at home — super juicy, great sear, and they didn’t shrink down to nothing in the pan.

Since then I’ve used it in meatballs and a simple weeknight Bolognese, and it turned both into “special occasion” dinners. You really can taste that this is coming from better cuts; it’s not greasy, just luxurious and full of flavor. For the quality you’re getting, the price feels more than fair. I’ll absolutely keep this stocked in my freezer — it’s my new go-to any time I want to impress people with “just” ground beef.
