Why We Choose To Freeze

To ensure that we achieve the quality you and your family deserve, we age all of our cuts to a minimum of 45 days.

We then portion and blast freeze each cut to suspend it individually for the optimum quality, fortifying the eating experience with robust flavor, tenderness and satisfaction guarantee.
