This roast really impressed my friends when it came out of the oven, and even more so when they ate it!

I took a different approach with this 10lb Wanderer Whole Boneless Ribeye Roast — instead of roasting it for a single meal, I portioned it into thick-cut ribeye steaks and vacuum-sealed them for the freezer. Game changer.
The quality immediately stood out when I unwrapped it. Beautiful marbling throughout, and the boneless format made it incredibly easy to work with. I cut it into eight generous 1.5" steaks, which gives me restaurant-quality ribeyes ready to go whenever I want them.

The math actually makes this a smarter buy than purchasing individual steaks. You're getting premium Australian pasture-raised beef at a better price point, plus you control the thickness and portion size. I like mine cut high for a proper reverse sear.

We're two steaks in so far, and both were phenomenal — rich flavor, perfect tenderness, and that signature ribeye fat cap that bastes itself while cooking. Knowing I have nine more in the freezer for special dinners throughout the year feels like having a secret stash of luxury.
