I made a family favorite recipe for Salisbury Steak, yet used the Waygyu Beef & Iberico Pork as a new version. It was very flavorful and will use it again. Love the quality of the meats supplied by Herd & Grace!!!
Have only used the filets for Valentines Day. Followed Caroline’s recipe for cracked pepper steak. They were FANTASTIC! My anniversary is on Feb 28th… will decide what to cook next week. 🤍🤍🤍
Caroline’s Winter Collection from Herd and Grace was absolutely phenomenal. The quality of the meat was stellar….second to none.The steaks (Filet Mignon & ribeye steaks) were so unbelievably tender, that we all had to comment about how incredibly tender, moist and flavorful the meat was.
