This brisket was PHENOMENAL!! The marbling was very very good. 10 hour smoke and 4hr rest just before the Super Bowl and it was easily the best piece of brisket I’ve ever put in my mouth. A couple people said it was the single best piece of meat they had ever put in their mouths (I get some of the credit there though 🤣)
