Ingredients

1 lb Cape Grim NY Stir Fry Beef
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce (or teriyaki)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cups mixed stir fry veggies (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
Directions
- Heat oil in a large pan or wok over high heat.
- Add beef and garlic, stir fry 2–3 minutes until just browned.
- Toss in veggies, stir fry 3 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, hoisin, and sesame oil. Stir for 1–2 minutes until everything is coated and glossy.
- Serve over rice or noodles, sprinkle with sesame seeds if you like.
