Cape Grim New York Steak
2 Slices of Sourdough Wheat Bread
Boursin Herb Cheese

4 Tbls Chimichurri
1 Cup of Gourmet Mushrooms
1 Avocado
2 Eggs
Pickled Onion for Garnish
½ Cup Cherry Tomatoes
Grass-Fed Tallow For Cooking
Directions
Defrost your Cape Grim New York Steak. Remove from the package and season with Tasman Sea Salt and Pepper.
Heat up a cast iron skillet and add in Grass-Fed Tallow. Once the pan is hot, add in your steak and cook to your desired temperature.
While the steak is resting, slice up your mushrooms and add them to the pan. Season with oil, salt and pepper. Cook until tender.
Cook your eggs to your desired style - fried, scrambled, or boiled!
Next, toast your sourdough wheat bread and top each slice with a spread of Boursin Herb Cheese, sliced avocado, your cooked mushrooms, and egg. Top with pickled onions.
Slice up your steak and plate it alongside your avocado toast. Garnish the steak with Chimichurri and cherry tomatoes. Enjoy!
