Ingredients

1 lb Herd & Grace Ground Beef
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup beef broth
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper, to taste
3 cups mashed potatoes (homemade or store-bought)
2 tbsp butter, for topping
Optional: shredded cheddar cheese for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cook the beef: In a large skillet, sauté Herd & Grace Ground Beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add aromatics: Stir in diced onion and garlic, cooking until softened (3–4 minutes).
Build the filling: Mix in vegetables, tomato paste, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.
Assemble the pie: Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes evenly over the top. Dot with butter and sprinkle cheese if desired.
Bake: 20–25 minutes, or until the top is golden and the filling is bubbly.
Serve hot: Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and enjoy with family and friends!
